I bought a Hcl ezeebee computer on 17.12.07. It cost me Rs.32000. Within 4 months (December-April) it started troubling me. PC used to shut down suddenly. As it was under warranty, I contacted the technician he repaired it. then again the same problem arised in August. Again the same technician has repaired it. then in december the warranty has expired hence I used to contact nearby dealers to repair it. Till date my PC is not working fine. Day before yesterday, I spoke to the dealer he says the problem is in the motherboard and it needs to be replaced and he got to know this when he spoke to the technician who has repaired it earlier.
So when the Hcl Tech knew that the mother board needs to be replaced during the warranty period itself. then why he did not do it. I never knew that such a branded name HCL could be such a cheater!!! [/B]. Could you please suggest me as what to do??
