Short Shipment

Dear Sir,

I order for 5 items (which includes one toy, two pen drives, one Speaker and One wireless mouse) on Online shop of India Plaza on 12th of September. But till now i didn't received wireless mouse. In this regar i logged multiple complaints with India Plaza, but they never turned back. Could you please help me to resolve this.
