I had ordered epson TX 121 printer from india plaza on 29-12 (Order no. IN2912111253) It is now almost two weeks and they still not dispatched the item. On enquiry with customer centre I am told that it will be done in two-three days time. On raising ticket online the reply is "we are checking with or suppliersand will get back in three days". It appears that online customers are being taken for a ride
