I had placed an order No 112333105 on 01-05 and paid through credit card. While placing the order, I made a mistake of ordering for a desktop RAM instead of Laptop RAM. I wanted to cancell the order.

I did call on the helpline in Mumbai regarding cancellation. I was advised that you do not take the delivery and the product will be returned, order cancelled and money will be refunded within 4 days after that.

I sent a mail for cancellation of the order is only within 10-11 hours to the time of placing the order.

Till this date I did not receive the product nor the refund is given. Every time I send mail / call the helpdesk, I am told to wait for 5-6 days It is already 27 days. I think I am robbed by this plain cloath cyber robbers.
