With reference to order no.112533297 this was my 1st transaction with Indiatimes shopping in August month & it was really bad impression & experience as I had ordered ''World's Smallest MicroSD Card Reader''-2 Quantity which was delivered in scheduled time (4working days). When i tested it one of the
card reader was completely dead & was not getting detected at all & other card reader was working
fine. I tried it on my office PC also but same issue. So i called up indiatims customer care & also
raised complaint no.:420360 & have been told that it will be replaced as its under warranty & no extra charge would be there. My concern here is how a faulty part can be delivered?
Also the same instance happened 2nd time when the replacement of the faulty device was sent.
So finally i decided to cancel the order & asked for refund which till today not refunded back to my account.
Please help me get my amount refund back from Indiatimes.
