I purchased Inspiron 15R Labtop June month. I didn't get Guarentee Card. I have problems in Labtop. The problem is that the one button of E charector is not working properly and two usb port is not working properly. From Last two months, I tried to communicate more times customer care but dell customer care persons understand fool me. they disconnect phone wihtout cause.
Please provide me exact solution and solve my problem immedialtely.
