Eplacement of defective product

Espected sir,

I bought a computer with i3 processor on april 20th. the dealer told me that the processor has replacement warranty for 3 years. my computer started getting switched off by urself and restarting after a couple of months. one day, it stopped restating, so I went back to the dealer who ascertained the problem was with the processor and asked me to keep my computer there and wait while the company replaced the unit. I gave the computer on october 5th, it has been a month and the company has not yet replaced the unit. kindly do the needful.
