Not getting any service from Intel Customer Support

Sir,

please help me as I am still not getting any support from Intel Customer service. I send you two complain against Intel Service on 30/6. But still there is no progress. That is my only computer and all important data are stored in it and that's why all my official jobs are pending. If situation goes like this, I will loose my job.

Again I'm sending you the same complain as below...

"Not getting any service from Intel Customer Support

I purchased a Intel D945 GCNL Motherboard on 25/03 from New Millennium Computer at 23, C.R. Avenue Annexe.

Now the problem with this motherboard is that it is not booting at all and I believe that the Motherboard is still under warranty period as it has a warranty of three years.

In this situation I send an Email to Intel Support ([email protected]) on 23/06, in reply of this mail They wanted to know all details (serial number, what is the problem) from me and I again mailed them giving all required information. They gave me a Service Ticket no: 8000056754.

But after that there is physically no progress in service at all. And in this situation I am helpless as all my official data are stored in my computer which is not booting because of that Motherboard.

Please help me to get service for this motherboard..."
