I am sending this mail on behalf of my uncle who have purchased a PC with an Intel Dual Core (2.6 GHz) processor and motherboard DG31PR on 26 DEC.. The system used to get trouble with the shut-down process.. Many times it didn't shut down even when the wait continued for half an hour.. The dealer who sold the system to us have taken the entire CPU for repairs on 2 OCT.. For past 2 months the reasons they cite is that the company has not completed the evaluation and not returned a replacement hardware for the faulty one yet.. Since many friends recently informed that usually this process takes only less than 15 business days and any grievance would be addressed by the customer support centre, we have decided to write to you.. Please do reply soon.. We don't want to get into the legal actions if it could be avoided by sensible talking..
