No wireless internet on laptop

I have complained against wireless internet but your service person has changed the modem now the telephone is also not working in addition to wireless internet the person who has attended is mr Narsimha. I am not able to complain to higher ups because their telephone always busy. I want immesdiate service of WIFI and Telephone to be serviced by a technically sound person. otherwise I may have to eliminate your services and i will approach the consumer court
