Greetings for the day,

I am Abdul Jaleel Mohammed, i have given a kingston 4 GB pen drive (DTI/4GB) for the replacement on 14/05, Walk in nmbr: RPL-AP009-0510-00615, it has not been replaced till now, what is the status of it, how long you people require time for just replacing a 4 GB pen drive, i have received a proper response from your guy @ 04030522505 on 14/06, he just gave me the mail id & disconnected the call..i request you to take appropriate action regarding it.
