I purchase a dell laptop (model no1564) after dat its showing some problem, after service also its not work properly, after dat we ask for replacement, they agreed for dat and also laptop collected on August 14 from us. but still I did not get by lap top back and also m calling to concern department but no one replying properly,
today (13-10 5pm) also I spoke with some one his name is kiran (replace DEPT) something, m telling about my plm but he not reapplied me properly and also he told some bad words to me... I am very un happy with DELL service... tel me what I do next
