Eplaced unknown graphics card

I had problem in my Benq joybook R45 laptop. i gave it for servicing in laptop world banglore. they told problem in video card.i was told to pay 5000/- for new Nvidea Geforce8400 card. now my laptop works properly. today i checked my system property, it shows nvidea standard VGA adapter as my video hardware and graphics memory size 14MB. before servicing i remeber that graphics card name is NVIDEA GEforce8400m and memory is 256MB. now no advanced games are working in my pc.

where can i give complaint regarding this. help me out...
