The above graphics card is for the AGP slot... I dont have a AGP slot in my computer so I wanted an exchange for the product wid a 1GB graphics card for PCIexp slot .. The computer shopee employee called his dealer but he is denying to exchange it even I talked to him (The dealer) but he was rude on the call to me and not ready to assist me and he denied to take the graphics card back in exchange of 1GB graphics card... plz assist me what shd I do ahead???.. because itz a waste for me... My money goes in waste... as the graphics card is as good as trash...

Note: - I had bought on 9th April and had immediately called the same evening... that I needed an exchange for the graphics card... as this card is not compatible wid my slot
