16 GB pendrive

Sir,

we purchased lenovo laptop on 9th june from ESSEL ENTERPRISES 90/64A Malviya Nagar New Delhi vide receipt no 1844 book no 37 alongwith a scheme of 16 GB pendrive free with the same.

After a few days the pendrive stopped working and as i was in jaipur studying, we could give the defective pendrive after a month only. But till date the same has not been given back to me. Please look into the matter and let me have the same.
