I have purchased a Lenevo Desktop computer from Akshar Computers at Noida on 31-Dec vide invoice no. AC/SI692 Book No.-14 (Reference code number RED94607406934536). As per the policy by Lenevo, I have opted for two free gift item for which I am supposed to submit some documents as specified. The said documents have been submitted to M/s Channel Technologies on 20-Jan-09 in person at the Office at Noida. Several follow up have been done and with reference to their email dated 18-Feb-09 they have promised to despatch the free gift with next 2-3 weeks time. Again, upon follow up, they have issed an email confirming to despatch the items with 2 weeks time. Now it s already two weeks have gone and I have not yet received the items not enev their feedback in this regards.
