The computers Motherboard, Graphic card and the fan assembly was replaced

Also i was informed that the Bluetooth Remote of the computer will replaced as the same is not functioning,

even after writing several emails and called the tec support many times still the issue is not taken care, they alway say that they will contact me and now its arround 12 days no replay from them, nither any phone call.

The computer is under warrenty. They care a damn about the Issue.
