Very Poor Onsite Service Quality

I have a problem with the charger adapter of my laptop (Y series).

I have Onsite Service Warranty till 06 Dec for reference Serial no. : 77614AQMA5D879.

I logged a service complaint (case ID: L9CV00BL) for the same on 31 Dec.

I got a very poor service response from their HOUSE OF LAPTOPS Service CENTRE chinchwad pune,

First of all the Service Engineer did not know whether my laptop adapter was under the service warranty or not. I have the agreement with me where it is nowhere written that the adapter is not under service warranty. So he told me that he will confirm it from Lenovo and respond as soon as possible, but I got a response only on 02-jan and that also when I called him for the status. He said they have confirmed it that adapter is in warranty and he will be placing an order on 04 - Jan as, 2nd Jan is Saturday, 3rd Jan is Sunday, and 4th Jan is the next working day, and from that day it will take another 4 days for the adapter to reach. (In all 10 days is the duration of service resolution), he is not ready to give me a temporary charger till that duration of time so that I can use my laptop. So in all I have to bear with this service response which is very discouraging and non supportive to the laptop users.

The service engineers working are not supportive to the customers, they do not believe in quick resolution of the problem, have a lack of knowledge and are responsible for the frustration and harassment caused to the customer.
