Problem at time of Booting

Dear Sir,

I have purchasd Lenovo N200 in last month but now it creates problem at the time of loading OS.

Initially when Window XP logo is flashed then its power get off and when this nprocess is repeated seven eight times then it its OS is loaded successfully and the it donot creat any problem even if we work nearly 20 hours. Once the OS is loaded and after one hour if we shut down and the start it then it start withuot any problem. I have reinstalled new OS several time but still the problem remains. I want to know whether there is any problem with H/W or S/W. Please tell me the appropriate reason of this problem so that it could be solved.
