Almost one and a half years after i have taken extended 2 years warranty, they tell me that they dont have proper documents, then when i scanned the documents and sent them they say that the two departments do not have updated info about it and they are delaying the process because they cannot just update a stupid database. Additionally, their parts are pretty bad, for e.g. i had to get the dvd drive replaced 5 times in 2 years. its the saddest laptop service I have ever seen.
