I purchased this system last year & when i complained about window crash to foresolutions office personaly, they are not giving me any number from where i can contact an engineer of IBM .
They are just giving me numbers like 9216888094 which is number of Renu mam whom i have called many times. Sometimes she is refering me to call 9216888020 of Savita or Ruchika Mam & whensoever iam calling on any of these numbers, they are committing that they will send an engineer but no one is coming. Further when i am giving calls to them no one is responding 7 either they are not picking up calls or disconnecting the respective calls (Details of calls made to them regarding same is available with me in records).
2) I also purchased a Laptop in July.
Right after 15 days there was a problem in its CD writer but as i rarely require this feature i got it replaced from foresolution Chandigarh on 26/06/09.

After replacing CD writer it stopped working after 10 days. In August again there occured aproblem that Laptop is not working without putting charger socket in it. Foresolutions people retained it for one month along with its charger & returned it back without any solution saying that they donot have requisit motherboard available.
Kindly tell me regarding the same to whom i sahould contact. When they returned my laptop the charger of same was misplaced by them & now when iam asking for the same they are putting it on each other.
I have purchased these items from Mr. Sushil Bhatia having no. 9216888033 & he is also helpless in this case.
