OS problem

I have purchsed a laptop of lenovo on 16-11. after few days the laptop is showing message that "your windos OS is not orignal version" now when i called to Custmer care department of lenovo they said sir you have to pay more ten thousand rs for orignal Operating system. Sir this is my request that Kindly justic the matter.
