I have a lenovo y450 laptop, now i have a problem in my battery. I have a 3 years warranty. When i informed the customer care about the battery problem, they prolonged my issue and finally i got the case id, when i went to the service center they informed me that the warranty for battery is only for one year, this was four days after completion of one year since i bought my laptop. But when i called the customer care it was less than one year, now i know why they prolonged my request, just for my battery warranty to get expired. And one more issue, while purchasing they dint inform that the 3 years warranty does not cover for battery and it was not mentioned in any of the documents too. And whenever some problem comes to my computer im in trouble because the response of the customer care is too bad. Now i found out how lenovo treats its customer. Im much disappointed about this and im damn sure ill never buy a lenovo product again. Ill make sure no one buys a lenovo product in my presence. Thanks to lenovo!!!
