Malfunctioning of Laptop

I purchased a Lenovo Laptop with the following details:

P/N : 59068974

S/N: WB01562202.

The purchase was dated 12th June '11 to my name (Bhavna Sehgal, B-7/42, Sector 18, rohini) from Advabce Computer Shoppe, 8, Vaishali Enclave, Pitampura. The poduct costed me Rs. 23000. In a few days the laptop started showing a blank screen
and wasnt booting. On launching complaint (Case Id: 4270271426) with Lenovo Technical Team, the Hard Disk of the Laptop was replaced on 26th July'11.

Within a week, I started having the same problem, the Hard Disk was again replaced under Case Id: 4270285160 on 13th August'11

I wish to complaint about the Laptop and need a refund for the same.

If within two months the hard disk is being replaced twice, I am not sure of what would happen in the next two months. As of now the product is under warranty. If the same problem occurs post warranty?

The Manager of the shop from where we purchased the laptop refused a refund/ replacement of the same directing me to the Lenovo technical Team.

Kindly help me resolve the issue. I am dissatisfied with the services of Lenovo.
