PROBLEMS FACE WITH THE LENOVO MACHINE...
1.laptop on off automatically which i had reported to customer care.
2.hinges free the very third day
3.very bad/ poor customer care response...
I purchase my machine on 6 th may
logged first complaint on 9th may at dealer end (BEST BUY COMPUTERS) JAMMU
Consult with customer care on 11 th may and logged a complaint first to technical support then again kept on trying for current status they just reply with stupid answers like your case with replacement is forwarded to "REPLACEMENT DEPARTMENT and a complaint number is given to u shortly and that too take a short period of 12-15 days on their apart "RIDICULOUS "!!
Again day by day complainig then for the sake of humanity they finally gave the no . 4270510182.
from 29 may onwards till 28 june ONE FULL MONTH, NO ACTION TAKEN YET, ONLY EXPLANATIONS TO DIFFERENT PERSONS/STAFF OF CUSTOMER CARE TELLING SAME PROBLEM AGAIN TWICE OR THRICE A DAY AND REST NOTHING IS DONE TILL YET .
Quick Replacement Required otherwise pay me my money back, I will not interested to buy a lenovo machine furthermore as per the experience with customer care!!
