Harrasment of under performing product

I bought a LENOVO IDEAPAD Y330 laptop from ATLANTIC TECHNOLOGIES CHANDIGARH on 24/12/08 for Rs 49, 500 and paid Rs 1, 700 few days later on RAM upgrade. My machine's Model no is 2269-25Q and serial number EB09724727. After 4-5 months of buying the machine developed a Blue Screen Error which caused the machine to shutdown abruptly and was required to start forcibly from power button again.

I reported to LENOVO, they diagnosed the reason as machine heating and cleaned the FAN vents.

But after around 15 days the problem resurfaced, I reported to LENOVO again, this time they diagnosed the problem as the system FAN wasnt working fine, and they fixed the Fan.

After a month i started getting the same problem again, On reporting to LENOVO they now diagnosed the faulty DVD ROM as the cause, and replaced it. After a month i started getting the same problem again, On reporting to LENOVO they now diagnosed the faulty RAM as the cause, and removed it. Then after few days the problem resurfaced, LENOVO people termed the DVD ROM as the cause again, and DVD ROM was changed for the 2nd time now.

After 20-25 days the Blue Screen Error started coming again, this time They diagnosed the HARD DISK to be faulty and changed it.

Even today i keep getting the same error again, with DVD rom again gone out of order.

So the same error caused Them to change

RAM once

DVD ROM twice

System Fan once

HARD DISK once

And problem stands it is. I am sitting 95Kms away from their service center. Whenever the problem comes in it takes my 2 trips to get the machine serviced, once for Submitting the machine to them for service and second to take delivery of the machine. In last 14 months i have made 8-9 visits to their service center. That has caused me to spend 5-7 thousand Rs for mere getting the machine serviced and that too has come to nothing as the problem stands as it is.

The problem fixing causes me to loose data, time and mental harassment for keep the tensions running for getting the problem fixed. When i asked LENOVO people to replace the machine they said that they cant do this as the issue is repairable. If it was indeed repairable then why didnt they repair it till now for last 6-8 months and made my last 8-9 visits to their service centers come to nothing.

I hope at least consumer forum people listen to my claims. I have receipts for my every visit to their service centers and all the mails from the first day till now.
