I had pruchased a lenovo laptop Model 3000 Y410 T5750W41024160PW1b77579RQ, No 59014744, Serial No EB08950353, in August, 08 . On 16th JAN, 10 i.e within 16 months of purchase - ONE FINE MORNING after working on the laptop for 10 minutes, it failed to take any command and BLACK SCREEN appeared and my laptop got hanged. Called lenovo center and then it was send to Guwahati Lenevo Centre at Ulubari. Today I got back my laptop with replacement charge of Rs 2900/- for harddisc. Alas, I LOST ALL MY PRECIOUS MEMORIES, IMPORTATNT DATAS - I WONDER WITH THE QUALITY OF LENOVO LAPTOP.- IT IS NOT AT ALL RELIABLE.
As a valued cutomer please tell me how I can get back my LOST DATA/ INFORMATION - THE ORIGINAL HARD DISC I COLLECTED BACK FROM YOUR SERVICE CENTRE, GUWAHATI.
ALSO PL WAIVE OFF REPLACEMENT CHARGE OF HARD DISC I.E RS 2900.I
