I had bought a Lenovo Idea Pad Y450 on 14th June.
Now within 6 months again the computer had problems in detecting the Hard disk and was again given to a service center in chennai on 5/12/09. Till date I dont even have a clue of when I will get my Laptop back in proper working condition.

In spite of repeated mails and calls, I am just asked to wait with the an answer that faulty part is not avaliable and I need to wait for this.
How long can a customer wait in warranty after buying a product like laptop. Is there no value to customer money and time? Is this the quality of lenovo customer service?
