Egarding my warranty extension

I have taken my warranty in the month of april. At that time also i got my warranty extension pack after one month approx as i had applied for the warranty extension pack approximately one month ago. And now after approximately six months they are telling me that my warranty extension pack is not registered though i had taken already two -three services on this pack. And they told me to reproduce me my invoice copy of warranty extension pack and certificate regarding the pack. I have sent the documents atleast 20 times at their gievn mail id i.e. [email protected] and also [email protected] and everytime they tell me that did not recieved the mail. And i am unable to register my laptop complaint now even after purchasing the warranty extension pack. All the employees in the lenovo customer care are just keep me telling to call here and there and i found no solution from their side. They are just keep me waiting and doing nothing from their side. I am tired now that even after purchasing my warranty pack i am unable to use it i don't know for what reason??? /
