My brother he’s working in TCS Mumbai and he gave me Lenovo Y710 Laptop as my birthday Gift, He bought it on 4th January and gave me. Working nicely till November of

One day I found my Laptop screen got a single line on it and immediately I called up Lenovo customer care service regarding my laptop screen damage (Photo uploaded), as on their suggestion I forwarded the scanned copy of bill (for warranty) to [email protected]. They filed a case on my problem with reference number L9C2004L, and gave me available customer service centers in Bangalore and told me to contact them regarding the problem and with new reference number L9C200IR.

Then I contacted Geekaay Systems, Wilson Garden, Bangalore-560030, regarding the above and I met Mr. Raju (# 9900936594) and explained the screen problem on December 4th he called up customer care with the above reference number L9C200IR, then they agreed with the replacement of the screen with a new reference number L9C200AA. Then they ordered for new screen and told me to wait for few days and later they brought up with an unfit screen on December 8th which doesn’t suit my laptop and this has been repeated for 5 - 6 times and then I got irritated and warn them severely regarding the problem. Along with the screen problem, on the service they opened the LCD and didn’t fit it as it is, and made TFT layer to protrude out and created a new problem along with some physical damages. As on suggestion by Mr. Raju, I spoke to Mrs. Parimitha Gosh (# 09600009211), South Channel Manager, regarding the product replacement, then she suggested me to send pictures regarding the physical damage of my laptop by the service center people (Mr. Raju). Then after they didn’t respond my call or they didn’t contact me.

On 04-05 I made a last call to Mr. Raju, he told me to wait for 4 more days for giving me update information.

From then I’m busy with my Examinations and Project work in Bangalore. from that day I didn't received any call from Lenovo Service Providers regarding the Issue. Now I’m in Hyderabad and I need justice for this. Can anyone tell me what I have to do now to get it solved.
