Dear Sir, I brought the computer of lg full set from the Dealer (Pawan Hans) dealer gave me old stock of lg which was informed to me from your service enginneer during third visit of my complaint of Hard disk, every week i have been facing a problem in my hard disk, the Technician comes and do the repairing job and for formating soft ware i have to spend 650rs from my pocket, it is been almost 35times i have done soft ware formating because of your product, i have also paid somuch money to your technician for doing formating because it doesnt come under warranty, lg give only warranty for Hard ware, thrice they changed the mother board, I have also complaint to your manager who had come last time with technician, he also admitted that people are making money on lg name. I had very good impression of lg, but after this i hate to buy lg product, I have A/C to Fridger washing machine of lg, please do something about it, you are spoiling your name with this type of service and product
