LG dvd writer
Warranty replace- no response

I bought an LG DVD Writer (SATA) at a dealer in my town on august 19th. It failed to work after 1 month. Iam having the warranty period of 1year. I had opproached a service centre and claimed the warranty for replace of the product. 1 month passed away. But till now the product was not replaced. They were telling that they don't have stock.
