My computer moniter 19inch make LG it is in warrenty i launched a complaint at there call center about moniter is not working properly.
LG engineer comes and asked me it is not repair able because it got rusted you had to pay for it and also they are asking that RUST is a physical damage it is not covered in warrenty.
I am asking them you had not written this in warrrenty catlog and also in ther user manual.
