Tft replacement

I have purchased tft model no.w1946tn-bf.btr (n), seial no.008lpag004584, colour- black, product- 47cm, colour lcd monitor. on 19/10 from SD Computers Gwalior (m.p).but after 2 days tft is not working properly. and i do complaint at SD computers and local service center. but i havent got any proper responce till now. so either they replace tft or refund my money (rs.6900) back.
