Sub:- Replacement of Faulty TFT (Liquid Depressed Case)

Respected Sir

With reference to my complaint no. R110700031 few days back, I am highly oblidged

that you yourself did all the efforts & the service engineer repaired the faulty TFT by

replacing some parts (panel or some other name).

But all my satisfaction lasted for not more than 40-45 days as the same TFT started

giving some blinking & ON OFF problem. My new complaint no is R110804840.

Service engineer (Mr. Jeevan) came at my residence once again & replaced all the

switches of the TFT. But even after repairing the TFT, I am facing same black spots on

the screen (Liquid Depressed Case as per the service engineer).

I think that there is some manufacturing Fault in that particular piece which is giving

problem many a times otherwise rest four TFTs are working fine which were purchased

by our family members in the same month.
