Device not replaced / repaired during warrenty period

Dear Sir,

Myself Joydip Mukhopadhyay, a permanent resident of South Colony, Malbazar, Dist. Jalpaiguri in West Bengal. I was purchase "Micromax 3G Modem" from Sohi Mobile, Siliguri (Address: 1st Flor, Ganeshyan Building, Sevoke Road, Siliguri 734001, Phone 03536502591) on 25-02. The Bill amount of the device = Rs. 2200/-. as per the company instruction (mentioned in the front cover of the device) its warrenty period would be valid from the date of purchase of the device & cover upto 1year. but after purchase it by me, some technical problem arise and i try to contact with the above mentioned retailer and they send it to the Micromax service centre. after more than 2months later they returned me a replaced device. but when i collect the same i foud that the device already damage and not working. then they are again collect my device and upto 15-12 they could not return me the good condition device and also not solve my problem. lastly i collect the wrong one (my original device) from them.

In this regard, i would request you to bring me out of this kind of loss. i want your kin co-operation as a citizen of India
