Sir, i have submitted my usb modem mmx352g at micromax service centre i.e., s.s.telicom at patna on 14-12--11.they promissed me to replaced it within 7 days as it is under warrenty period.till date they are making excuses that the company has not replaced yet.i also made a complaint at their call centre on 26-12-11, no.2612113180.they are also taking time to solve my complaint since then.my customer job card no.2883879, dt.14-12-11, job order no.29 at the service centre.i just cant understand how to tackel them.it has been almost one month and they are still saying that it will take another 10 days.dont you think its a serious offence as i am loosing my work due to the modem.please take a serious action against this company.
