Pendrive corrupt

I had purchased a 4GB mosebaer pen drive few months before. I bought it from Akola City in Maharashtra i. e west region.but now when I insert it to the pc it show that there is not disk drive. Other pendrives work properly on my PC.

Plz tell me how i can get it replaced from the company.please make some urgent action.
