Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have purchased DVD DL (8.5 GB) on 10TH May, 11. from Sony Electronics, canada corner, nashik. when i try to write on DVD DL there only 7.4 Gb can take not more than that . i am facing problem for that because my file size is 7.67 GB.
When i contacted with Sony Electronics they are saying this is happen with these DVD and they can not replace, so you have to contact with customer care.
when tried with customer care (011-40594512), there always showing busy, not a single time picked up.
that's why i need your help here.
they should provide us right information to the people so, that people can act accordingly.
