I bought Moser Baer DVD/RW from Sethia Infotech (Richie Street, Chennai) some 6 months back. Last month the DVD/RW was not working and i enquired and found the Service Center for Moser Baer DVD/RW is Neoteric Infomatique, Chennai (http://www.neoteric.co.in). I went there and gave my DVD/RW for sevice to them.
They said they will get back in a week or so on the status. Nearly for the past 2 months i have been calling the Neoteric Infomatique they are saying my DVD/RW will be replaced with new one and they dont have any stock since they have not been supplied from the concered Moser Baer person Shankar Naryanan (Mob: 9884714608). Whenever i am calling this person he is saying he has sent the stock to the service center and when i call the service center they are saying they didn't recieve anything.
Nearly for 2 months i have been answered like this and i am yet to get any solution for this problem. One of my friend who got problem with his Sony DVD/RW got the replacement with in a day...
Please anyone help me out.
