I have bought a Moserbaer DVD-RW on 1.2.2012 which is worth Rs.50.When I inserted it & started burning it for the first time, the dvd-rw took hours but it did not complete burning with an error message. I immediately changed it to my other pc to check if there is any dvd drive failure but found that my Moserbaer DVD-RW is not working even there as well..Since my product comes with a replacement warranty, i called customer care 1800111113 twice in a day. They assured me every time that I will get an email & sms in my mobile and have to enter my product details as required after which they will check & replace the product, but all that in vain. I never received any call or email till now. My product code is DJEN2DWV1F640A.My product bar code is 8901124015715.So, I ask for help from this forum, to help me get my DVD-RW replaced as soon as possible!
