sir,

my problem is the pen drive in not working

i purchased a moser baer USB DRIVE (SW 801D) of 4GB in Nov with 5 tear warrenty.

but in Nov. 2010 it stop working. It was replaced with (MB 801 D) in Jan. 2011. during now a days it also have a error.this disk cannot detected.the shopkeeper who sold it refused to help me. I want to ask that how will it return to cover the duration of warrenty . please try to my problem.and take some decision to replace it.
