Poor Quality of service and commitment

Dear All,

I am facing a very bad experience with my ACER Aspire 4810 laptop.

The keyboard impressions (Space bar is more because the height of space bar is more than the other keys) are came on the screen within one month (Design defect), I approached there service center (M/s. Vaibhav Solutions, Mangalore) and i got very rood reply that "this is normal and we cant do any thing on that".

Now the Hard disk and DVD drive is not working (4months old, DOP 01/09), I given the product for service on 22/01 at M/s. Vaibhav Solutions, Mangalore, and till today i have not got any positive reply from them.

Every time when i call the service center they will say "if we get the spare we can repair your product".

Then I spoke to company persons (Acer, Bangalore Office on 08040708600) and Ms. Reshma responded to me and she told materials have been dispatched on 25/01. I called her again on 28/01 because still the service center has not got the spare, then she told "sorry material was dispatched on 27th and you will get it on 29th". Today (29/01) i called her, now again the same story "material dispatched on 28th".

They could not able arrange a HDD from last 8days.

I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED BY PURCHASING ACER

Please have a thought on service when you buy ACER.
