I had purchased an acer laptop on 3rd of Feburary 2009. model-travelmate 5730.within a few days of purchase i started having problems as it had a severe manufacturing defect. the screen used to turn white as i moved the screen of the laptop. earlier it did not happen that often so i did not pay the required attention. but later on when it started happening on a regular basis i went to the store where i bought it from. they said that this particular model has a manufacturing defect and since my laptop comes under the warranty period they would get it replaced for free. they did so. i got it back on 27th jan and on 31st jan i started facing the same problem . i want my laptop to be replaced by some other acer model since it is a manufacturing defect with no fault of mine. but the head of the store says that you cannot get it replaced.at the max you can get your screen replaced which takes 15 days. but after this incident i want that it should be replaced. since i have taken a loan to buy my laptop. I just want to have justice.please help me!
