I bought a Microtek 600VA UPS (Sl No 7DUPNX59549) from COMPUTER WORLD, at 27/182 Gita Market, G.T. Road, Asansol, Pin- 713301, West Bengal, but it hardly worked for one month. Thereafter hearing my complaint the retailer asked me to return the product for sending the same to the manufacturer and accordingly I handed over the same at his above noted shop. But after several visits and requests the Retailer i.e. COMPUTER WORLD gave me one used Microtek UPS after eight months which also I found unserviceable after installation and as I had no time for fighting with the dealer, I just bought one Exide Battery and using the used UPS. Now will Microtek authority look after its Retailers? Otherwise, I will try my best to aware my friends before buying any UPS and will suggest for APC one.
