I have purchased one desktop of acer from Arcee (Nerul).6 months back. Facing multiple probles of hard disc, mother board, cd drive. From last one month it is not working.
Not getting the proper service / not any confirm dignosis/ not proper feedback
from Acer, service centre & dealer.
Still it is not functioning. They don`t have parts in stock, not any proper service engineer.
Failure is ok since it is electronic item but required the proper after sales support.
