Loss of pendrive

Dear Sir,

I've submitted my $gb pendrive in moser baer replacement centre in lucknow . on 3 Dec on goods inward note no 59782 . Now Neoteric is telling me that i havn't visited in march so i will not get my hardware back.

Dear sir, i ve visited twice every month n still gettin the same reply please take some responsible action.
