My name is Shashidhar and am working in IBM India Pvt Ltd. Two months ago I had purchased an Acer 23inch Monitor and it stopped working after a month I purchased then I called the customer care and logged an issue for the same (Ticket #: 090902888). They replaced the monitor and the replace monitor is an OLD one and the display on this monitor also does not work properly so i called up the customer care again and they said they cannot open a ticket and I have to contact the Area Service Manager at 040-40025454 and speak to Mr. CK.Rao. I called this number they took all the details and said they would investigate on it and they they did not get back to me I had to call them again and then they said they are re opening the above ticket again and the monitor will be replaced in another 1 week its been more than two weeks now and they still dont have an update on the New Monitor and whenever i call them they say we have not received your monitor yet. This is Very in convinient and if anyone can tell me how to proceed with lodging a complaint in Consumer Court I would appreciate it.
