My laptop tht was only bought one month back has a defective key board

d complaint has been launched in lajpat nagar service centre case id 102210-452

im highly dissapointed with acer coz my problem is still unsolved n its bin more than a month d service centre ppl r rude do not knw how to speak to d customers

they say tht d part hasnt arrived yet from banglore..

i have vowed never to buy acer again n will tell ppl around me not to trust ur company ny further delays i shall b taking ur company to consumer court forum cz im sick n tired with all d running around..i had bought an acer laptop before n trusted ur company bt not only am i highly dissapoimted n disgusted with d management bt also never ever goin to buy acer..u ppl have lost a number of loyal customers thanx to ur service centre n ppl who do not knw how to deal with ur old customers..pls help me if u can..thou im not expecting anything frm u... dr. tejal kothari aiims campus new delhi
