Respected Sir,
I have purchased the the Nokia 2730c on 14-02 (IMEI no. 355931043074647), On 01-08 there was the problem in functioning of the camera, So i have deposited it to the customer care on 01-08 which is covered under the the warranty period for 1 year. On 08-08 they have provide me the replaced hand set which has the lot of scratches on it I have refused to collect the set so they have send the set to Delhi for replacement and on 20-08 they have called me to collect the set so when i have gone there to collect i found the same set which has been earlier provided to me So i have again refused to collect the set.
Now they have sending the set for 3 time to Delhi,
So please provide the way how i get the set in good position
